Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee lift installation, maintenance, and modernization projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure project alignment with specifications and timelines.
- Develop and review technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and progress to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges related to lift systems, components, and control mechanisms.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the lift and elevator sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within the lift, elevator, or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of lift systems, hydraulic/pneumatic mechanisms, and electrical control systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering design software.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., ISO, EN 81, ASME A17.1) and local building codes.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
