Responsibility
- Oversee and execute routine and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of equipment and infrastructure to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for A4 electrical systems, ensuring adherence to local and international electrical safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement maintenance schedules, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, service reports, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and support staff as needed.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and implement corrective actions to restore functionality.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Valid A4 Chargeman certification (for Chargeman role) or equivalent technical certification for Technician positions.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, motors, and HVAC equipment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call duties, as required.
