Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on wire bond and sawing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and enhance equipment reliability.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of machinery.
- Document maintenance activities, equipment performance, and any issues encountered for reporting and analysis.
- Train and guide junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance activities.
- Work closely with production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in semiconductor or optoelectronics manufacturing.
- Strong technical knowledge of wire bond and sawing processes and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance strategies and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Certification in maintenance engineering or related fields is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work in the specified regions of Bali.
