Responsibility

  • Analyze failure mechanisms in semiconductor devices using TEM data and collaborate with senior engineers to develop solutions.
  • Support the integration of AI and machine learning tools to enhance defect detection and classification in semiconductor wafers.
  • Document experimental procedures, results, and findings in detailed technical reports.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss project progress and innovative approaches.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in semiconductor technology and TEM methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Nanotechnology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor devices, microfabrication, or electron microscopy (coursework or lab experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or ImageJ) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
