Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic facility management plans to optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs.
- Lead and mentor a team of facility management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor and evaluate facility performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure all facilities adhere to local and international standards, including sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting related to facility operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale facility operations, including budgeting, vendor management, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices in facility management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, FMP) is highly desirable.
