Responsibility
- Lead and supervise ceiling, partition, and structural repair projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and client specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify structural issues, material requirements, and renovation feasibility.
- Develop and review technical drawings, blueprints, and cost estimates for infrastructure and maintenance projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Oversee material procurement and inventory management to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental sustainability practices.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum and integrity.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, with a focus on renovation, maintenance, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software for drafting and project visualization.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation for ceiling, partition, and repair works.
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Badung and surrounding areas as required.
