Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous skill development.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures, document findings, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to prioritize maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and minimal disruption to workflows.
- Manage spare parts inventory, including procurement, stock optimization, and vendor relationships to ensure timely availability of critical components.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to identify trends, predict failures, and optimize maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, including OSHA, ISO, and local Indonesian industrial regulations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on maintenance KPIs, budget adherence, and equipment reliability to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent technical certifications or extensive experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as industrial automation and control systems.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix) and proficiency in using diagnostic tools and predictive maintenance technologies.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team of technicians.
- Familiarity with Indonesian industrial regulations, safety standards (e.g., K3), and environmental compliance is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
