Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility upgrades and expansion projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment to support maintenance activities.
- Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment performance.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing or healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and tools.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Certification in maintenance or related fields is a plus.
