Responsibility
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect and troubleshoot lighting, fire safety systems, and building automation to comply with international hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute maintenance schedules without disrupting guest experiences.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and resolve issues with minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment lifecycles.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and sustainability practices in all operations.
- Assist in renovation and upgrade projects to enhance property infrastructure and energy efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in maintenance and technical problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in hotels, resorts, or commercial buildings.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and building automation.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and preventive maintenance software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Certifications in OSHA, electrical safety, or HVAC are highly advantageous.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
