Responsibility
- Lead the analysis and optimization of sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee the improvement and integration of POS and digital systems to streamline operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes and system updates.
- Collaborate with IT, sales, and operations teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process improvements.
- Provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in process improvement and digital innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and digital tools for business operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
