Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on gas systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in gas systems, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance the reliability and longevity of equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades and modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
- Participate in emergency response activities to address system failures and ensure quick resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the gas or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of gas systems, including compression, storage, and distribution systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for system monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Certification in safety management or related fields is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls as needed.
