Responsibility
- Lead and supervise all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across the facility.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to align maintenance activities with operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures and implement long-term solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of maintenance professionals.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies (TPM, RCM, PdM) and industry standards (ISO, OSHA).
- Proficiency in CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
