Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement signal and communication systems for industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new electrical and communication system installations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate signal systems with existing electrical and IT networks.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and project specifications.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of communication systems, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in signal processing, telecommunications, and electrical engineering.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and on-site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on signal or communication systems.
- Proven expertise in designing and troubleshooting communication networks, fiber optics, or wireless systems.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or ETAP).
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
