Responsibility
- Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Develop and update quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on quality metrics for management review.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes to address non-conformities.
- Facilitate training sessions for employees on QMS principles, quality tools, and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging quality standards to recommend process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or quality systems, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles.
- Experience with internal auditing, documentation control, and CAPA processes.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, or FMEA is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
