Responsibility
- Develop and optimize semiconductor wet process chemicals to enhance performance, reliability, and yield.
- Provide technical support to customers, addressing application challenges and ensuring seamless integration of wet process solutions.
- Lead laboratory activities, including experimentation, data analysis, and process validation to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for semiconductor manufacturing challenges.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and customers to ensure proper utilization of wet process technologies.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend advancements in wet process methodologies.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations in all wet process operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor wet process development or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of wet process chemicals, etching, cleaning, and surface preparation techniques.
- Proven experience in leading laboratory activities and conducting experimental research.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with global teams and customers.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
