Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize waste treatment processes and resource recovery systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research outcomes into practical applications.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements in waste management.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability in waste processing.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior researchers and engineering staff.
- Present research findings to stakeholders and contribute to white papers or patents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in waste treatment, resource recovery, or a similar research-focused role.
- Strong background in process design, laboratory testing, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools, simulation software, and laboratory equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to write technical reports and present findings clearly.
- Experience with sustainability initiatives, circular economy principles, or environmental compliance is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
