Responsibility
- Monitor and optimize production line performance to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet regulatory and client specifications.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, including output metrics, defect rates, and efficiency KPIs.
- Assist in the development and testing of new production methodologies or equipment upgrades.
- Train and supervise junior staff and line operators on best practices and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in all operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (fresh graduates with strong internships may be considered).
- Familiarity with production line operations, quality control systems, and process optimization tools.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, MS Office, and ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia (relocation support may be provided for qualified candidates).
