Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on diffusion equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, implementing corrective actions to restore functionality.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and generate reports to track reliability and uptime trends.
- Conduct regular inspections and calibration of equipment to adhere to industry standards and safety protocols.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
- Provide technical training and support to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, preferably in diffusion processes.
- Strong knowledge of equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols related to semiconductor manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to document maintenance activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Certification in equipment maintenance or related fields is a plus.
