Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, implementing timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, identifying potential issues and recommending proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory usage, and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance operations.
- Install, test, and commission new equipment or systems as required.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on proper equipment usage and maintenance best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing, or standing for extended periods.
