Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on medical equipment and manufacturing systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs, spare parts, and equipment upgrades.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide technical training and support to operational staff on equipment usage and maintenance best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, as well as troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
