Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on restaurant equipment, including refrigeration units, ovens, and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with kitchen and management staff to address maintenance requests and prioritize tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and implement best practices for equipment handling.
- Assist in the installation and calibration of new equipment, ensuring seamless integration into daily operations.
- Develop and update maintenance schedules to optimize equipment lifespan and reduce operational costs.
- Provide training to staff on basic equipment operation and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and HVAC systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
