Responsibility
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults, implementing effective repairs in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to install, commission, and calibrate new industrial hardware.
- Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and machine performance metrics.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards and internal company policies.
- Participate in root-cause analysis for recurring equipment failures to improve long-term system reliability.
- Optimize equipment performance through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance or a similar engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, PLC troubleshooting, and hydraulic/pneumatic circuits.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and Singapore workplace safety regulations is highly preferred.
