Responsibility
- Perform routine electrical maintenance, including wiring, circuit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure all systems are operational and safe.
- Conduct mechanical maintenance on kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and other facility machinery to minimize downtime and extend lifespan.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions to prevent disruptions.
- Drive company vehicles to transport goods, equipment, or staff between locations, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and vehicle logs for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize maintenance tasks and align with business needs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and vehicle safety checks.
- Assist in minor construction or renovation projects as needed, supporting the expansion and improvement of our facilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician or similar role, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical repairs.
- Valid driverâs license (SIM A or SIM C) with a clean driving record and experience operating commercial vehicles.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and general facility maintenance is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Certification in electrical work or a related field is highly desirable.
