Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
- Inspect buildings, systems, and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Manage maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance coordination or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is a plus.
