Responsibility
- Operate and monitor Hyunjin machinery to ensure efficient and accurate production processes.
- Follow production schedules and adjust machine settings to meet quality and output targets.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
- Monitor production metrics and report any deviations or inefficiencies to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all operational activities.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain product standards and reduce waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold workplace safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Machine Operator, preferably with Hyunjin or similar machinery.
- Technical diploma or certification in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of machine operations, safety protocols, and production workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and production schedules.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and performing basic maintenance on machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
