Responsibility
- Operate and monitor automated production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure product integrity and consistency.
- Load and unload raw materials into machinery safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major faults to the maintenance team immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, strictly adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety protocols.
- Track production output and accurately document operational data in daily logs.
- Collaborate with floor supervisors and technical teams to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate; vocational training in mechanics or electronics is an advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing, food processing, or FMCG environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Highly attentive to detail with a strong commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
