Responsibility
- Oversee and supervise all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) installations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical wiring, fire safety systems, and automation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and international standards (e.g., NFPA, IEC).
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to align M&E works with overall project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to technical specifications.
- Prepare and review M&E drawings, schematics, and BOQs for accuracy and feasibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M&E systems during installation and testing phases.
- Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Document and report progress, risks, and deviations to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Diploma with extensive experience may be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E supervision for construction or renovation projects, preferably in the hospitality or commercial sector.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems design, installation, and maintenance, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and fire protection.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and AutoCAD for M&E planning.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Certification in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) or similar is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali with flexibility for occasional travel.
