Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to review technical specifications, blueprints, and construction plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including cost estimates, material requirements, and risk assessments.
- Manage procurement processes for construction materials, equipment, and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including local authorities, clients, and internal teams.
- Assist in resolving technical challenges and providing innovative solutions to optimize project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, regulations, and permitting processes (or willingness to learn).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Willingness to travel and work on-site across Bali as needed.
