Responsibility
- Participate in a structured training program covering automotive engineering, operations management, and leadership development.
- Assist senior engineers in designing, testing, and optimizing vehicle systems and components.
- Support daily operations, including quality control, maintenance schedules, and production workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis to improve efficiency, safety, and performance standards.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Shadow and learn from department heads to understand strategic decision-making processes.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems, manufacturing processes, or industrial engineering.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
