As a Site Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver high-quality, reliable telecommunication services. You will oversee daily construction operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your role will involve supervising contractors, coordinating with stakeholders, and resolving any site issues that may arise, all while working in some of Bali’s most vibrant and dynamic locations.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction operations for telecommunication projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders, including project managers and clients.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies on all project sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to achieve project goals.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify that installations meet technical specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports, and handover documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in the telecommunications or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure, including fiber optics, towers, and network equipment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot site-related issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards in construction and telecommunications.
