Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance operations for Citimall Bontang, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) are functional and efficient.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of mall infrastructure.
- Lead a team of technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems, identify potential issues, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee emergency response protocols for technical failures, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal disruption to mall operations.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and installations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory of engineering supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building engineering, facility management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven expertise in HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing, and structural maintenance for commercial properties.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop engineering staff.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance and operational challenges.
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar tools for tracking maintenance activities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to prepare reports and interact with stakeholders.
