Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, including site engineers, office engineers, and quantity surveyors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Generate progress reports, cost estimates, and other administrative documents for stakeholders and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.E. license) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, construction management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing infrastructure or construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ACI, or local Indonesian regulations).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction landscape and local regulations is highly advantageous.
