Responsibility

- Coordinate and supervise repair and maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural work.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring high-quality service delivery within budget.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to support facility-related projects and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Building Engineer, Facilities Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
