Responsibility
- Perform installation, configuration, and commissioning of automation systems and machinery at client sites.
- Conduct regular maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and adherence to project timelines.
- Provide technical training and support to clients and internal teams on system operation and maintenance.
- Document all service activities, including reports on installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role, preferably in automation or industrial machinery.
- Strong technical knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, and industrial machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Bali and other regions as required.
- Certification in automation or related fields is a plus.
