Responsibility
- Assist in the planning and coordination of site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and site inspection records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct site inspections to verify the quality of work and adherence to specifications.
- Support senior engineers in resolving technical issues and implementing solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in site engineering, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work in a fast-paced environment.
