Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using industry-standard tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to align project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and stakeholder presentations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify work quality and resolve technical challenges.
- Optimize resource allocation and cost-control measures to maximize project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM 360) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and compliance standards in Indonesia (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
