Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Conduct time-motion studies, root cause analysis, and process mapping to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance) to streamline operations and reduce waste.
- Design and implement process control systems, including SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and work instructions.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, cycle time, yield) and propose data-driven solutions to enhance performance.
- Lead or support Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, GMP, etc.) and local/regional regulations.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new process implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within manufacturing (preferably in MNCs).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.
- Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Minitab) and ERP/MES systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
