Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies for MEP systems in data centre projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure BIM models align with project requirements and standards.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry best practices.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution to optimize MEP system integration.
- Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure BIM deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Manager, preferably in MEP or data centre projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and data centre infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as BIM Level 2 and ISO 19650.
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
