Responsibility
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on production line equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on industrial machinery
- Conduct diagnostic tests and interpret technical manuals to identify equipment faults
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
- Install new machinery and equipment according to manufacturer specifications
- Train production staff on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial machine maintenance or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with PLC systems and industrial automation is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in industrial environments
