Responsibility
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical and product solutions using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze technical requirements and create detailed specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing to validate design concepts.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and BOMs for manufacturing.
- Support cross-functional teams in troubleshooting design issues and implementing improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance product innovation.
- Document design processes and maintain accurate project records for compliance and audits.
- Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in product design, CAD modeling, or engineering support (internships count!).
- Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and GD&T.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate on designs efficiently.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning in engineering.
