Responsibility
- Design, install, and commission HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects in compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct load calculations, energy analyses, and system sizing to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC equipment to minimize downtime and extend system lifespan.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly into building designs.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for project approvals and client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and junior team members on HVAC system operations and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable HVAC solutions to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC system design, installation, or maintenance.
- Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, or Carrier E20-II).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, ASHRAE standards, and energy efficiency regulations.
- Experience with refrigeration systems, chillers, VRF systems, and ductwork design is a plus.
- Certifications such as PCO (Professional Certification for HVAC) or SO (Safety Officer) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
