Responsibility
- Oversee project planning, design, and execution to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
- Resolve technical issues and implement solutions to optimize project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development through training and guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in civil engineering, project management, or construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.

- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
