Responsibility
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure all engineering systems operate efficiently and reliably.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Assurance System in accordance with ISO and OHSAS standards.
- Collaborate with branch leaders and other EMMs to align maintenance strategies with organizational goals.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry best practices to create a safe working environment.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for maintenance projects and initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering maintenance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of ISO and OHSAS standards and their application in maintenance management.
- Proven track record of leading maintenance teams and driving operational excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with maintenance software and tools for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
