Responsibility
- Provide on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance of engineering systems and applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess technical requirements and implement solutions.
- Conduct regular system checks, performance monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
- Develop and update technical documentation, including service reports and user manuals.
- Train end-users on system operations and best practices for optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Stay updated with the latest engineering trends, tools, and technologies to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in service engineering, application support, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation, PLC, SCADA, or embedded systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
