Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and supervision of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) installations on construction sites.
- Review and interpret M&E drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor and inspect M&E works to verify adherence to safety standards, building codes, and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and as-built documentation for M&E systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M&E installations in collaboration with senior engineers.
- Ensure all M&E works are completed within budget, schedule, and scope.
- Participate in site meetings, risk assessments, and safety audits as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of M&E systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical wiring, fire protection, etc.).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali with occasional travel to project locations.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
