Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installation activities on-site to ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
- Monitor and manage subcontractors, ensuring their work meets quality, safety, and timeline requirements while resolving any on-site issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations to verify compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective MEP strategies and solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, inspection logs, and compliance records.
- Ensure all MEP works are completed within budget and schedule, identifying and mitigating potential delays or cost overruns.
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety on-site, conducting risk assessments and ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A relevant certification in MEP supervision is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
