Responsibility
- Lead and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Develop and review project plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to procure materials and optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost estimates, and timelines to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability standards in all construction phases.
- Resolve technical challenges and disputes, providing innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Mentor junior engineers and construction teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations (local and international standards).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, contracts, and legal requirements related to construction.
- Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications (e.g., LEED) is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, culturally diverse work environment.
