As an M&E Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring cost efficiency, accurate tendering, and seamless financial management throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful delivery of projects, from initial cost estimation to final account settlement.

Responsibility
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for M&E projects.
- Lead the tendering process, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and recommending contractors.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Handle variation orders, claims, and contractual disputes, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
- Oversee subcontractor payments, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and project milestones.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, verify measurements, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align financial and technical aspects of the project.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in M&E projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and tendering processes.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
