Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies in all maintenance operations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align maintenance schedules with project timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with construction industry standards and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Certification in electrical safety or maintenance is a plus.
