Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, financial updates, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and project transparency.
- Implement sustainable construction practices to minimize environmental impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permitting processes is a plus.
- PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
